Antoninus Pius 138-161 CE. The fourth of the so-called 5 good emperors, Antoninus Pius managed, rather than ruled the empirer. Completing his predessessors public projects (e.g., Hadrian’s wall), Antoninus Pius goverened an empire in relative peace during his administration.
